Thank you for your post. It caused my reflection to become a moment of thanks. As a pastor, I appreciate that I'm loved enough to be carried during my struggles and valued enough to be challenged. My Growth in Christ as a Pastor is not measured by perfection but by direction. I know that I belong to Jesus and His Spirit is continually shaping me. He often works through my brothers and sisters in Christ, even in ways I may not notice. I will not despise small steps or overlook quiet victories. The same grace that saved me is the grace that is forming me. So, I walk forward with confidence, knowing my Shepherd is both patient with my weakness and committed to my maturity. This isn’t just a reflection; it’s a theology of progressive sanctification lived out in real time. His commitment to my maturity is unbreakable. Sanctification is not my project; it’s His promise. He uses the body — brothers and sisters who speak truth, model grace, challenge me, encourage me, and sometimes sharpen me.
